Investment Levels
Priority Angel Investors - $100,000
Please note that shareholders will receive shares in Wild Rice Land, LLC. This entity is the land holding company, land and real estate development company. “Wild Rice Retreat” is the leasehold tenant to Wild Rice Land, LLC and operator.
Angel Investors at this level will receive 0.5% O Class Shares in Wild Rice Land, LLC, a C Corp and the real estate holding company and land developer/seller.
Importantly, Investors will also have the right to exercise an Option, should they choose, and benefit from priority preference on lot reservations for the next development phase. If the Option is exercised, $20,000 of the investment will be applied toward the down payment on a lot (or 20% for investments above $100,000). The balance of the investment will be used to advance the development of Phase 2 and support the long term sustainability of Wild Rice Retreat as a whole.
ADDITIONAL BENEFITS INCLUDE:
Up to to six-nights/year for you and a guest at WRR Lodging (nights do not accrue); or gift the nights to 2 persons (based on availability and some black-out dates apply)
Naming rights and sponsorships for the Scholarship Fund
Early access to special events, retreats and special offers
Two Member weekends a year with curated and unique programming (available as part of the free-nights)
Branded merchandise gifts
20% Discounts on lodging, merchandise, meals and classes/programming
Preferred Angel Investors - $50,000
Angel Investors at this level will receive 0.25% O Class Shares in Wild Rice Land, LLC, a C Corp and the real estate holding company and land developer/seller. Importantly, Investors will also have the right to exercise an Option, should they choose, and benefit from preferred preference on lot reservations for the next development phase with access to selecting a home site before the general public. If the Option is exercised, $10,000 of the investment will be applied toward the down payment on a lot. The balance of the investment will be used to advance the development of Phase 2 and support the long term sustainability of Wild Rice Retreat as a whole.
